Assistant E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior management to formulate the overall strategy of a B2B/B2C e-commerce business model, lead towards its execution through continuously optimizing a developing B2B e-commerce platform to support the growth of business.
  • Maintain the Group’s E-commerce portal and source for new solutions to improve efficiency with inhouse and external resources.
  • Supervise and optimize operation of daily data traffic, marketing campaigns, product launching and online customer interactions so as to remain in-line with the Company’s business strategies.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, plan and budget for appropriate online marketing strategies and lead the implementation to boost marketing exposure via usage of various e-commerce channels.
  • Research and analyze the market trend to identify new channel/ partnership/ co-branding opportunities, and bring new insights to the Management.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Product Information Management System (PIM) to support to the E-commerce portal.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with min. 8 years relevant e-commerce experience in a commercial retail and/or marketing environment with luxury experience being highly desirable.
  • Experience in supporting or leading a site launch is highly desirable with APAC region exposure preferred
  • Retail store experience is a plus, especially within luxury
  • Experience in PIM / ERP / sales system implementation will be an advantage.
  • The ability to lead projects and manage change across multiple disciplines at the same time
  • A track record of using strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability would be a definite bonus

Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives
  • Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences
  • Manage website content and design to ensure the delivery of clear and creative content 
  • Identifying press opportunities and developing content to be disseminated via social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and any other distribution channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communications; Master is preferred.
  • 5+ years of content marketing / marketing communications in B2B is required 
  • Solid, demonstrable experience in guiding the creation of successful corporate campaigns across all channels that generate results and engage a variety of audiences
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing metrics
  • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
  • Content creation skills, including writing/editing, visual/design acumen, brand-building idea generation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills (English and Chinese), and can be equally effective in both formal and informal settings with clients, peers, vendors, and business partners

Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to marketing team on marketing events and campaigns, promotion and online materials update etc.
  • Support the marketing team daily operation and working with various departments for execution.
  • Perform marketing research and prepare presentation materials.
  • Assist to maintain branding continuity on all marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Min. 1 year working experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing industry; experience related to lifestyle or luxury interior brands is preferred
  • Knowledge in social media marketing & website analytics tools will be a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, adaptable character with high learning agility
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organization 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

(Senior) Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services to designated business unit(s).
  • Responsible for monthly payroll administration, monitoring of leave and attendance, support recruitment and C&B-related HR operations.
  • Support HRIS / ESS migration and enhancement process.
  • Maintain personnel databases and filing records.
  • Assist in preparing employment documents and regular HR reports.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 5+ years solid experience from in-house HR position.
  • Knowledge in HR-related Ordinances is a must.
  • Experience in HRIS migration/ implementation and knowledge in Macau will be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Able to work with all levels of colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage.

System Analyst (K2)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage stock updates, product categories, product description, references & information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Assist to administer and enhance the internal product databases which contain the information of various types of building materials
  • Administer and maintain updated product information in ERP system
  • Support data input and data integrity in CRM system
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Assist in sample room management 
  • Occasional outdoor work is required for delivering samples to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably from procurement, product marketing or business support.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP (Epicor), PIM & CRM (Salesforce) systems are of strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-minded self-starter with good numerical sense and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work with all levels
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
