(Senior) Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-rounded order processing and logistics duties to ensure smooth and just-in-time shipment, including but not limited to placing & confirm orders, prepayment arrangement, shipment arrangement & follow-up, goods receiving and landed cost reviewing.
  • Work closely with related departments to follow up goods-receiving issues, shipment discrepancy and RMA case for insurance claims and payment reconciliation.
  • Follow up on full-set shipping documents, including proforma invoice, good receiving forms, I/E & L/C documents and etc.
  • Take immediate actions for shipment delay and damage issues to reduce impact of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years relevant experiences, preferably obtained in building materials supply industry.
  • Knowledge in project logistics will be a definite advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Applications (excel & word).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Detail-minded, patience, a good team-player.
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Logistics Officer.

Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives
  • Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences
  • Manage website content and design to ensure the delivery of clear and creative content 
  • Identifying press opportunities and developing content to be disseminated via social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and any other distribution channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communications; Master is preferred.
  • 5+ years of content marketing / marketing communications in B2B is required 
  • Solid, demonstrable experience in guiding the creation of successful corporate campaigns across all channels that generate results and engage a variety of audiences
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing metrics
  • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
  • Content creation skills, including writing/editing, visual/design acumen, brand-building idea generation

IT Helpdesk Administrator (O365 focused)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage helpdesk reported technical problems, prioritize, track and provide timely workable solutions for end-users
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization
  • Formulate documentation for administrative knowledge base articles and end-user guides
  • Serve as an end-user advocate, championing O365 technologies to help users maximize the value of O365 portal applications including Outlook, OWA, Sharepoint, Forms and Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Test new O365 tenant features and functionality, preparing end-user guides and participating in feature production deployments
  • Participate in new application development, testing, customer training, and other support-related activities
  • Monitor collaborative systems health, escalating issues to team head and working with them to provide solutions to identified issues

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Information System, Information Technology or Computer Science disciplines
  • The ideal candidate is preferred to have knowledge of existing and emerging Microsoft Office 365 technologies including:
    o Sharepoint Online and OneDrive Administration

Assistant E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior management to formulate the overall strategy of a B2B/B2C e-commerce business model, lead towards its execution through continuously optimizing a developing B2B e-commerce platform to support the growth of business.
  • Maintain the Group’s E-commerce portal and source for new solutions to improve efficiency with inhouse and external resources.
  • Supervise and optimize operation of daily data traffic, marketing campaigns, product launching and online customer interactions so as to remain in-line with the Company’s business strategies.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, plan and budget for appropriate online marketing strategies and lead the implementation to boost marketing exposure via usage of various e-commerce channels.
  • Research and analyze the market trend to identify new channel/ partnership/ co-branding opportunities, and bring new insights to the Management.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Product Information Management System (PIM) to support to the E-commerce portal.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with min. 8 years relevant e-commerce experience in a commercial retail and/or marketing environment with luxury experience being highly desirable.
  • Experience in supporting or leading a site launch is highly desirable with APAC region exposure preferred
  • Retail store experience is a plus, especially within luxury
  • Experience in PIM / ERP / sales system implementation will be an advantage.
  • The ability to lead projects and manage change across multiple disciplines at the same time
  • A track record of using strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and on budget 
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability would be a definite bonus

Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to marketing team on marketing events and campaigns, promotion and online materials update etc.
  • Support the marketing team daily operation and working with various departments for execution.
  • Perform marketing research and prepare presentation materials.
  • Assist to maintain branding continuity on all marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Min. 1 year working experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing industry; experience related to lifestyle or luxury interior brands is preferred
  • Knowledge in social media marketing & website analytics tools will be a strong advantage

Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Group HR Team to provide comprehensive HR services to designated business unit(s) as a business partner.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll administration, monitoring leave and attendance records, support insurance affairs and maintain daily HRIS operations.
  • Handle regular HR internal reports for analytics presenting to the Management.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel databases and preparing HR documentation for the full employment cycle.
  • Liaise with internal & external parties for continuous HR digital transformation process
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 5+ years solid experience from in-house HR position.
  • Well versed in HR-related Ordinances is essential. Knowledge in Macau employment ordinance & experience in HRIS implementation will be a strong advantage.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, open-minded and persistent in problem-solving.
  • Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general receptionist duties including handling incoming calls and greeting clients.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, creative writing, English or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years copywriting experience, with strong conceptual communication (big ideas)
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills (English and Chinese), with strong proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with trends in interior design and knowledge of the promotional spectrum are helpful

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
