Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide post-contract QS service, including contract administration, cost estimation & control etc. for assigned projects.
  • Liaise with client and manage subcontracting.
  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims etc

Requirements: 

  • Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor.
  • Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken.

Safety Supervisor (Site)

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform safety training, conduct site visit and prepare inspection report.
  • Prepare necessary safety reports & statistics with recommendations.
  • Conduct and support regular safety audits and safety reviews. respectively.
  • Assist execution of safety plan to ensure environmental healthy & safety operation for assigned sites.
  • Attend site meeting on safety issues when required.
  • Provide safety and quality services to management, employees and contractors.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in occupational health and industrial safety, or holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • At least 2 year of Solid experience in Construction Site &/or Fitting-out Contractor
  • Safety audit experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Chinese Word Processing.
  • Initiative, well-organised, communicative and hardworking.

Site Trainee/ Assistant Site Supervisor (Fitting-out)

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist to monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
  • Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting, yet fresh graduates would also be considered.
  • Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred.
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Project Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative/ clerical experience; previous experience in interior contracting / construction firm will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently

(Assistant) Business Development Manager-Fitting-out Contractor

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and maintain relationship with clients’ key decision makers and influential parties through touch point strategy with sales calls, courtesy visits with Principals in town, networking and social activities, marketing communications tools and where applicable, overseas exhibitions and/or factory visits
  • Aggressively and effectively achieve sales goals, develop new leads and maintain records in CRM database
  • Collaborate with the Project Management and Design Engineering Team, to serve as the clients’ focal-contact point to provide solutions of integrated design and fitting-out throughout the project execution process
  • Collect, analyse and evaluate market information in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC to support business development activities for the team
  • Be a team player in actively leveraging opportunities with other Business Development personnel across our Group

Requirements: 

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fitting-out field, preferably with Engineering background and strong network with local main-contractors
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings / Metal Works Prefabrication / Curtain Walls will be an advantage
  • Well-rounded, balanced farmer-hunter sales personality with drive to succeed
  • Confident individual with strong business acumen and social skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidate with more experience might be considered as Business Development Manager

Senior Site Supervisor (E&M)

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards

  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting, including at least 2 years’ site experience in Building Services/ Engineering for fitting-out projects
  • Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying would be of advantage
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Site Supervisor (E&M)

Land Surveyor (Fitting-out Site)

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform surveying at site, handling computation and setting out of construction alignments
  • Verify measuring of architectural drawings
  • Responsible for the data quality of surveying data, and report to senior with summary & findings
  • Lead a team of levellers to deliver surveying works as required by the Company
  • Manage the surveying equipment and historical record

Requirements: 

  • Holder of HKIC Diploma in Construction (Site Surveying)/ Diploma in Land Surveying, or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in surveying. Experience from Main Contractors, Engineering Surveying or experience in reading architectural drawings would be of advantage
  • Holder of Green Card & a Registered Construction Worker
  • Familiar with common surveying equipment, including Theodolite
  • Proficient in AutoCad and general MS applications
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese

Administrative Assistant (QS Tender)

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in preparing the quotations, tender documents & time schedules for on-time submission of tender application
  • Assist in follow-up the arrangement of orders, samples and catalogues during the tender-offer period
  • Assist in handling incoming/ outgoing correspondenece
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administrative or related disciplines
  • Min. 2+ years’ relevant working experience; exposure from interior contracting/ construction firms would be a plus
  • Initiative with strong sense of responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Familiar with PC application, including MS Office and Chinese Typing
  • Immediate availability would be a strong advantage

Junior Designer

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare interior fitting out (shop) drawings, such as plans elevations and sections, millwork details etc.
  • Assist designers on production and revision of drawings
  • Millworks model built up for fabrication with Solidworks software

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Structural Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit , commonly used computer software as drafting tools
  • Good knowledge in technical drawing
  • Proficiency in Solidwork is preferred
  • Capable to work independently
