Senior Site Supervisor (E&M)

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
  • Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting, including at least 2 years’ site experience in Building Services/ Engineering for fitting-out projects
  • Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying would be of advantage
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Site Supervisor (E&M)

Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Team
  • Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress
  • Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
  • Handle necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution

Requirements: 

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent
  • Over 7 years’ relevant experience in high-end interior contracting field. Experience in large-scale residential, hotel & retail projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in the software of Primavera System Inc, Microsoft Project and AutoCad would be an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Strong problem-solving, project planning/ management skills
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded
  • Experience in PRC factories communication, progress/ quality management is preferred
  • Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience might be considered as Assistant Project Manager

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide post-contract QS service, including contract administration, cost estimation & control etc. for assigned projects
  • Liaise with client and manage subcontracting
  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions etc

Requirements: 

  • Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent. Professional Qualification, e.g. HKIS/RICS is a bonus
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor
  • Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken
  • Candidates with more experience and qualification might be as considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
