Building Material Supply

Responsibilities: 

• Consolidate and analyze market data, trend and landscape to assist for business plans and decisions
• Work closely with partnering brands and internal parties to resolve product-related enquiries, quotations, claims and complaints
• Liaise with principles and suppliers for quotations and price negotiations
• Assist in pricing strategy formulation and execution
• Administer and manage product categories, product description, references & information in system
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma Holder in Business administration or relevant studies
• 2-3 years of relevant work experiences, preferably in purchasing or merchandising
• Independent and highly-organized team collaborator who possesses multi-tasking capability and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficient in MS O365 Applications
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Product Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall project planning, scheduling & co-ordination between the Project Sales Team and Technical Team for smooth execution of site work
• Supervise site coordinators to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and drive site progress
• Attend site and client meetings and handle site documentation, such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, etc

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Construction, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Over 5 years’ relevant experience in contractor or fitting-out industry
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
