Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Group HR Team to provide comprehensive HR services to designated business unit(s) as a business partner
  • Responsible for monthly payroll administration, monitoring leave and attendance records, support insurance affairs and maintain daily HRIS operations
  • Handle regular HR internal reports for analytics presenting to the Management
  • Assist in maintaining data quality of personnel databases, and preparing HR documentation for the full employment cycle
  • Liaise with internal & external parties for continuous HR digital transformation process
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • 5+ years solid experience from in-house HR position
  • Well versed in HR-related Ordinances is essential
  • Knowledge in Macau employment ordinance & experience in HRIS implementation will be a strong advantage
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, open-minded and persistent in problem-solving
  • Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with higher calibre would be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer

Overview

The Senior IT Manager – Enterprise Applications will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our in-house applications while ensuring seamless integration with our existing ERP, CRM, and workflow automation systems. This role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to technology and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow an in-house team of programmers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the application development process.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for application development that aligns with the company’s digital transformation goals.
  • Ensure integration and alignment of in-house applications with existing ERP, CRM, and workflow systems.

3. Project Management:

  • Oversee all stages of application development, from conception to deployment and support.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for application development projects.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure applications meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy laws, and industry regulations.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in application development and technology.
  • Implement new technologies and processes that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience including 5 years in managerial position.
  • Proven experience in IT management, specifically in application development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and workflow automation systems.
  • Extensive experience leading and developing a technical team, as well as experience in managing off-shore development team (China specific experience is preferable)
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
