Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years administrative/clerical working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently

Responsibilities:

  • Work in our QS Team to support the tender administration work
  • Assist in preparing the quotations, tender documents & time schedules for on-time submission of tender application
  • Assist in follow-up the arrangement of orders, samples and catalogues during the tender-offer period
  • Assist in handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ working experience, preferably in construction firms; with exposure to interior contracting would be a plus
  • Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PC application, including MS Office and Chinese Typing

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with clients/ designers/ contracting teams to understand the project construction procedure and details
  • Provide design drawings &/or solutions which comply fully to building regulations, so site work could proceed on project schedule
  • Handle and prepare full set of fitting out shopdrawing to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements
  • Handle and sketch for construction detailing and relevant edits

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in architectural studies or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in fitting out projects &/or construction field
  • Possess knowledge on building regulations & construction procedures. Knowledge on furniture design would be of advantage
  • High proficiency in CAD or SOLIDWORKS and other building application softwares
  • Team player with good communcation skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with designers/ contracting teams to understand the project construction procedure and details
  • Coordinate on site for processing design drawings to smoothen the project execution and communication
  • Digest fitting out shopdrawing and relevant to ensure delivering works could meet client and legal requirements
  • Conduct inspection for fitting out works against drawings
  • Support to process and amend design drawings

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in architectural studies or equivalent
  • 3 years working experience in fitting out projects. Hands-on site coordination experience is a bonus
  • Possess knowledge on building regulations & construction procedures
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-contract QS service, including contract administration, cost estimation & control etc. for assigned projects
  • Liaise with client and manage subcontracting
  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims etc

Requirements:

  • Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.  Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor
  • Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform safety training, conduct site visit and prepare inspection report
  • Prepare necessary safety reports & statistics with recommendations
  • Conduct and support regular safety audits and safety reviews. respectively
  • Assist execution of safety plan to ensure environmental healthy & safety operation for assigned sites
  • Attend site meeting on safety issues when required
  • Provide safety and quality services to management, employees and contractors

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in occupational health and industrial safety, or holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • At least 2 year of Solid experience in Construction Site &/or Fitting-out Contractor
  • Safety audit experience preferred
  • Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Initiative, well-organised, communicative and hardworking

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards 
  • Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties (client/ consultants) to facilitate site progress according to project schedule 
  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site 
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site 

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline/ Building Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in high-end interior contracting. Experience in residential, hotel & retail projects is preferred
  • Knowledge of site measurement, quantity surveying & quality control process is preferred
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
